Desert Dream - 31 days, Community with pools/spas/pickleball/BBQs

Escape to the gorgeous desert in La Quinta, CA and enjoy your own Desert Willow Dream oasis! The home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and also includes a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room. The front yard contains a gorgeous courtyard to relax and gaze at the mountains, and the backyard feels like a lush garden where you can lounge on the chaise loungers or dine at the outdoor table for 6.

The home is located within Trilogy, is a 55+ community. At least one person on the reservation must be 55+ but your guests under 55 may stay for anywhere up to 3 months. The community provides access to Tennis, Pickle Ball courts, 3 pools and spas (indoor and outdoor), BBQs, and the clubhouse which holds a restaurant, a cafe, a gym, and more! The guest who is 55+ will check in at the clubhouse to register.

The home has a 2 car garage, high end rugs, 2 chaise loungers outdoors, and the TVs have Spectrum with the entertainment package (HBO and Cinemax). Two of the rooms and the living room have a TV. There is a full kitchen with all utensils you would need to cook any meal! There is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, an indoor and outdoor dining table - both with 6 chairs, an eat-up bar in the kitchen with 2 chairs, filtered water and an ice maker, as well as a Brita water purifier.

The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and sliding glass doors that lead out to the backyard garden area. A washer and dryer are provided in the home (please bring laundry supplies if you'll be doing laundry during your stay). Ceiling fans are in every room and all rooms contain a TV. Two sets of left handed golf clubs and 3 portable hand-held carts are provided for your golfing needs.

The Trilogy community offers amazing amenities! Security patrols the community throughout the day, making it an extremely safe community. Guests may have access to the community facilities such as the pools, spas, a café, full service Coral Spa where you can book a massage or facial - specials ran monthly- check in with the spa to book, a gym, exercise classes, and events such as karaoke night/singers/trivia/etc for a fee of $60/per person (one time fee per stay). Access is obtained by visiting the clubhouse upon your check in.

The home is located 10 minutes from Coachella, Desert Trip, and Stagecoach festivals. Old Town La Quinta, many restaurants, stores, parks, Fritz Burns park (additional tennis and Pickle Ball courts), and hiking trails are a short drive away. Palm Springs airport is about 40 minutes away.

Two small dogs are permitted for an additional $100/pet per stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have an active camera at the entrance of the house. There is also a camera in the backyard - we only view the footage if there is a safety concern or issue.
