thanks for the information. It was an one night instantly booking, I wish the guest had let me know right away instead after almost two month later, so that I can follow up right away. When it is in a hurry situation, the cleaning lady may overlook things.

Sorry for this happened. The guest booked for a one night booking on Saturday 3-21-2026 and required an early check-in, The owner requested the cleaning lady came to clean the house in the early morning and aware the central air was not cool enough. The owner asked for an emergency service request for Air conditioning and the technician come right away and found out the coolant leak in the system and needed to be replaced with the whole new system. The technician told the owner He will try to do it in the that day but not sure the inventory availability from the equipment supply company. The owner informed the guest right away and for the save case, went to the house to install 5 portable air conditioning for in case if the technician could not make it that day. Each portable air conditioner covers 450 square feet space and it is more than the size of the house. Unfortunately, The equipment supply company could not deliver the equipment that day and have to be after the weekend.The owner also informed the next quest right away, the next quest came and have no complain about the portable air conditioning and appreciated the owner's effort to solve the unexpected situation practically and thanks for the brand new air condition system installed in couple of days.
