Classic beach cottage just three short blocks from the beach. It's a quick walk to downtown Carpinteria where you'll find great restaurants, breweries, and unique boutiques to explore. Have your own cottage to call home! You'll be close to the beach, downtown, the train, and the State Park.

This newly decorated property has great natural light and plenty of conveniences. Situated in a cozy, friendly neighborhood near the beach this cottage has one bedroom, bath with shower/tub, living room, full kitchen, in house laundry, and new split system type AC/heating. This unique location will give you an excellent opportunity to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the beach life Carpinteria is famous for.

Guests have access to entire cottage, yard/lawn area, and free onsite parking.

You can easily walk or ride a bike to most everything in town.
