Oasis with porches and huge yard and Shade trees. 12 mins to Charlottesville, and close to wineries. Spacious light-filled house. Views out every window, hardwood floors, fabulous kitchen. Large bedrooms. beautiful bathrooms. Porch w/swing. Great place to gather with friends/family. Large living room. New house built to look like historic house w high ceilings, stained glass windows. Stars and fireflies at night. Many unique features. 3 Porches, one with grill and porch swing.. New Large deck overlooking flower gardens. 1 acre mowed lawn.

Well equipped kitchen, lots of places to spread out and enjoy. Granite countertops, Thermador gas stove, convection oven and quiet dishwasher. The living room is cozy yet large with 2 couches, wing back chairs making for easy conversation and connection.

Winery/Brewery Tours

Mariah, the owner, was there to meet us when we arrived. She was very nice. Showed us around the house & went over the rental rules. The house was clean, had a big kitchen and was very comfortable. We all agreed that we would stay there again.
