Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bring unsecured furniture from the balcony inside, and make sure the slider is properly secured with lock and track block rod.
Be sure to put amenities key back, as this will result in a locksmith fee if missing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed in the unit as per fire code, any more than 4 people in the unit will be charged a fee of $300 per night
If an animal that is not a service animal is brought into the unit; you will be charged a cleaning fee and the animal will need to vacate the property
