Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 1 on the 4th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. Condo 404, overlooks the hugely popular lagoon pool! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably.

Lovely condo

This is a lovely place to stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was great and walkable to lots of eateries. The onsite restaurant was the best meals we had. I highly recommend the flatbread. The only complaint I have is that the windows in the bedroom probably need some tinting. Even with the curtains closed that room was significantly warmer. It was fine for our week but could be a bit too hot in summer.

Perfect location! Nice condo! We loved having two bathrooms. The showers were great but the toilets are older and use way to much water! We were a bit disappointed that there was absolutely NO condiments or plastic, foil or wax paper! We had to purchase soooo many items.

Fall Weekend Get Away

Loved this place! Having the entire back wall of windows, made waking up a pleasure. The condo was spotless, and decorated wonderfully. The location of the condo in the complex was ideal (right in the middle) - you overlooked the gardens, the pool and the ocean. Would definitely stay there again!

We always stay at Edgewater and this condo may be the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It was unbelievably clean, the decor was beautiful, and the furniture and amenities inside were top of the line. I have bookmarked it and we will be staying in this exact spot again! Just wonderful!
