Muse Haven is a renovated 1900’s 2-story home in the beautiful historic district of New Smyrna Beach. We are nestled on a quiet treelined street yet only minutes from miles of glorious beach, marinas, the restaurants of Canal and Flagler Streets and 2 18-hole golf courses.
The 1st floor offers an integrated kitchen, living room and dining area. This level also features a bedroom and a full bath. Stairs lead you to the 2nd floor with 2 large bedrooms (each with a private bathroom) and a sunny, air conditioned office space. Muse Haven offers several spaces, including 3 porches, for quiet reading, meditation or undisturbed creative time. The long driveway easily accommodates a boat trailer or RV and a large fenced backyard offers pets and children a fun, safe space to explore. A perfect oasis for a couple’s retreat, a reunion of old friends, a focused working vacation or a sunny family get-away.

*** Note that while the zoning in our historic district requires 30-day minimum rentals, we will consider shorter rental periods, blocking out a full 30 days so that we have only one renter per 30-day period.
