Spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located–Big Surf Beach House has it ALL! This large 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is a quick 30 second walk to the beach with an open layout, large comfy bedrooms, and one-of-a-kind amenities. Challenge your friends or family to a laid back game of pool or a riveting game of ping pong; recreate your favorite dishes in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen; unwind with the group in the roomy lanai overlooking the oversized private fully-fenced grass yard with bbq grill!

One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the main room is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
Maximum four (4) car-sized or smaller vehicles per booking are permitted. Garage and driveway parking. All are offered free of charge to guests.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $190.02 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The booking guest must e-sign Rental Agreement prior to check-in. A separate $500 USD Security Hold will be scheduled on your card when you book.
Please report if you'll be traveling with pets. Pets are not permitted on any furniture and must be cleaned up after. Primary renter must be a guest.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is permitted; $250 USD fine for violations. Four (4) cars max per booking.

The property was perfect for our family gathering. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of things for us to do. Great location for getting to the beach. My only complaint was the kitchen supplies...there are no wine glasses, and cookie sheets would have come in handy!

The location to the beach access was perfect. The home was spacious and decorated nicely. We enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. The outdoor shower came in handy to not drag sand onto the house. House was also very clean.

Very good communication and helpful… the house is well laid out and convenient for our stay. This was the perfect house for our family of 8 including four kids 10 and under. We came for a long weekend for Father’s Day with my parents and enjoyed the local restaurants, the beach and cooking at the house. The pool table and ping pong table were so much fun for all ages! It only takes a minute to walk to the beach and less than five to walk to a restaurant on the beach. There was so much space and the bedrooms and baths were very nice. We would definitely stay again!

Good could become great if house was provided a little TLC!

The house size and amenities, as well as the proximity to the beach were all good! However, the place definitely needs some TLC to make this a great place to stay! There were only 5 bath towels, in the house when we arrived, and the kitchen had no wash rags and very few pans or Pyrex dishes and the ones that were provided, were worn beyond repair. And the can opener was broken. The large yard in the back would have been great place to play if the grass had not burnt out, and full of weeds. The patio furniture should also be pitched - I'm not sure anyone could sit on the two lounge chairs or picnic tables without falling through the rotted wood. And there was random trash spread throughout the front and back lawn. On a positive note, the rental company did respond quickly and provided a workable resolution to our concern about just 5 bath towels for a family of 8.
