Great location, close to restaurants and subway station. Great view on the balcony as well! The place is clean and is supplied with toiletries and cleaning products. Would recommend anyone visiting Toronto to stay here.

The apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Within 10 minutes walk to the subway. North York City Centre is a short walk away and there are events every weekend. Lots of diverse restaurants, cinemas and grocery stores. I would recommend to my friends wanting a holiday in Toronto. The sunsets are amazing!

Yonge Street, subway access, shopping, entertainment, and everyday essentials are all nearby, making it very easy to explore both North York and downtown Toronto.

What really makes this home special is the view. Located high on the 28th floor, the condo has a west-facing, open, and unobstructed outlook with beautiful sunsets and views toward the Toronto skyline.

The private balcony has interlocking outdoor flooring and a comfortable seating setup with two chairs, a table, and a small outdoor sofa—one of my favorite places to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset.

Inside, the condo is bright, modern, thoughtfully furnished, and comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it a great choice for couples, families, or small groups. The property also includes one dedicated parking spot, adding extra convenience for guests traveling by car.

You get the privacy and views of a high-floor residence while still being right in the heart of North York.
