Enjoy a memorable stay in Downtown Palm Springs at this centrally-located 1 bedroom condo in the heart of the city. The unit has been recently renovated with mid-century modern furnishings.

Walking distance to many of the attractions that you might have brought you to Palm Springs: Restaurants, shopping, bars/nightlife, Convention Center, Agua Caliente Casino. Condo complex also complete with a pool, two hot tubs and two tennis/ pickle ball courts.

The space
There is covered parking available to you in space 7P. In order to access the parking you'll need to use the gate opener which you will have access to upon check in. It is located in front of the coffee make along with the good neighbor policy you will need to sign.
Other things to note
You will get a good nights rest in our California King bed. The sun rises from the living room side so you do not have to worry about the sun shining on you in the bed as you wake up. We often will eat on the patio outside the master bedroom while enjoying the beautiful view.

Lovely condo

We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely condo. Nice location close to downtown. Very clean and the host was attentive to any questions. We highly recommend this for pleasurable stay.

Great location, modern condo

A lovely stay in a cozy and modern condo. West facing for sunsets, comfortable bed, upgraded amenities. We enjoyed it and would return. Hot tub and pool are very nice, and covered parking are a bonus.

Getaway to the sunshine

Location, location, location... absolutely perfect, just around the corner from downtown restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Close to hiking and biking trails and the condo complex has a lovely relaxing pool and hot tub. Condo has everything you need and more. Hosts have thought of everything.

Big Plus - Walkable to Downtown P.S.

We chose this condo to be close to downtown P.S. and found it to be so. It's a small condo, perfect for 1 or 2 people. Kitchen has been upgraded, but lacked some essential items for our needs. Bed was comfortable. Upgraded bathroom was nice. No noise from neighbors. Convenient covered parking space. Nice pool and hot tub area. Sunset view from the west facing deck. Owner very helpful via phone.

Great condo close to downtown

We stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The property description and pictures are all accurate. It has two balconies on both sides which is nice as you can use the one you prefer in sun or shade depending on the time of day. The balcony facing the mountain is private. We found the property updated, clean and nicely decorated.The pool area is large with plenty of loungers and space and besides us there were just a few other users around. There is a dedicated parking space under the condo so your car is not exposed to the sun and is secured by a gate.There are restaurants within walking distance and the downtown area is also close.We would stay here again and recommend it very much.

Beautiful condo

This VRBO was very exquisite. The condo is a one bedroom with a beautiful view of the mountains from the bedroom. The kitchen appears to have been remodeled with nice upgrades. There is an ample dining area and comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV. There are patios with nice sitting areas on both the front and back. I used the patio off the bedroom to do reading and journaling outside. It was delightful. Probably the best reason to rent this condo is the ideal location where I could walk to downtown very easily. I highly recommend this property.

Great location

This condo is 4 minutes driving from the main PS entertainment area. Very safe area and behind gates. More than 3 people staying would crowded. The bed was not as described, as it collapsed in the middle. The complete under supports had broken off. Terrible sleeping and hopefully they made necessary repairs. All in all, it's a nice condo for the price.
