A family-friendly getaway, with outdoor pool and beautiful view!

Welcome to "THE BIRD HOUSE", an ultimate destination for those seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay!
Find yourself enjoying the beauty of nature while staying in the heart of the town of Newmarket with easy access to parks, trails, eateries and shops!
You will love this stylish rustic designed home, featuring heated outdoor pool (open from June 1st to September 30st), and scenic pond view which is nestled right next to our backyard!

PLEASE NOTE:
This property is NOT a cottage, it is a house in a family-friendly area. We have neighbors on both right and left sides of the house, so absolutely NO party or loud noise/music in the backyard or around the pool.
Guests will have access to the entire house except basement and garage. Basement is a separate unit with its own entrance, our housekeeper lives in the basement with her cat but she doesn't use the pool at all, so the pool is exclusively for our Vrbo guests usage!
Outdoor security cameras (Audio & Video) are installed on property, including front door, garage, side entrances, and backyard. They will be on 24 hours during your stay!

The place was beautiful! we stayed with our daughter and our 2 grandchildren. the accomendations were very homey and comfy. We only got the use of the pool once, but only due to the cooler weather, the kids loved it. The host was very quick to reply to and questions we had.

House was nice, kids loved the pool table. Beds very comfortable lots of options from soft to hard for the mattresses. Pool area is a little overgrown and buggy, but it’s middle of summer so understandable. Nice area in Newmarket and convenient driving to restaurants and shopping. Host was responsive and helpful.

Very clean property in a nice neighborhood. I don't recommend staying here with a small child as the bedrooms are all upstairs and accessed via an open back spiral staircase. We were all adults, so it was ok. Overall, a good experience.

Comfy getaway

2nd time in this home-lovely place, delightful pool and beautiful views of a small marsh. Very comfortable and fully outfitted.

The house itself was clean and mostly well appointed. There was no place to hang towels in the bathrooms. There wasn't enough towels. The fridge was either broken or did not function properly. It was tricky to close properly. The reason we rented this property was the pictures of the pool and outdoor space. The pics were old and outdated. The yard was over grown with weeds. The pool itself was clean but there were many bugs at the bottom. The furniture was broken and moldy. The bbq was disgusting.The worst part was the lower part of the home is a separate rental with large windows overlooking the pool. "With VRBO you get the whole house"?? I have many mor pics to share.
