Location is excellent! Right on the beach, very clean, and just wonderful, we had excellent communication with the host, received our codes for property about 3 days before the visit from the host! I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this location, the balcony over looking the ocean is a huge plus! We would drink coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the mornings! I can’t wait to visit again!

Great but Wi-Fi was absent and e-mail wasn’t answered
Everything was great, close to pool ,beach and parking but we did not get the cut wood to go into sliding glass doors in livingroom and bedroom that did not lock that was suppose to of been dropped off.
Enjoyed the G3 villa at St George, Heaven was very attentive in answering any and all questions we had. Highly recommend the Villas. (But wow those stairs were killer....they will defiantly give you a workout.)

Piss poor communication on VRBO
Place is nice, host was nice but communication through VRBO was very poor. Didn’t receive an email for check in instructions. Had to call owner. Also didn’t have any instructions or email on Wi-Fi connectivity or the pass code for the beach access. We asked one of the nice neighbors. Piss poor communication on basic stuff for high price rental with amenities.
My family came and stayed for one week in June and overall very much enjoyed ourselves! The unit is updated and the new property managers, or maybe owners, were kind and after an initial issue getting in touch, very communicative and easy to reach.
The corner unit is really nice, it was great to be able to glance out the window and see if anyone in our group was at the pool or walk out on the balcony and see the beach. Which, the updated decks are FANTASTIC! The views are virtually unobstructed and the extra room out there is nice too!
A couple of small things that if corrected would make this condo a must for anyone!
1. The sliding door in the living room has a broken handle which made it incredible hard for my 83 yo mom to open and close.
2. The toilet in the master bathroom either has water pressure that is too high or needs new fill valve, it whines constantly. We just turned it off rather than bother the owners, it was a small thing and I am sure they will repair outside of the peak season.
3. We had to call out the owner's representative on a Sunday because we believed there was no hot water. We were wrong, it was a combination of a thoughtless teen and us not being aware of the delicate balance of the faucet to get the hot water. So be aware in the master the hot water is at the 12 o'clock position.
These are all small things that I am sure the owners will take care of! Do not hesitate to rent this unit, you will love it!
