Alas de Colibri is a one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a well-equipped kitchen and a breathtaking infinity-edge rooftop swimming pool with stunning bay and mountain views. The condo has an air conditioner, washer, dryer, and a fully equipped gym. The new building is surrounded by street food, restaurants, and bars, three blocks from the beach and Malecon in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Most beach restaurants offer beach lounge chairs and towels for a $500 peso charge, and other restaurants give you access for a $500 peso minimum consumption. The street is quiet for a relaxing sleep, but close to all Puerto Vallarta's fun. Grocery stores, bakeries, and coffee shops are steps away. Everything you need is within walking distance and 20 20-minute drive from the airport. Enjoy a brand new building and the incredible and welcoming town of Puerto Vallarta.

Beautiful stay

Amazing clean , new, modern, incredible rooftop pool and extremely well equipped kitchen. Across the street from muertos brewery and in the heart of the romantic zone. 5 min walk to the beach. Great spot and will definitely stay again.

The roof was amazing however there was a lot of shaded areas. We come to Mexico for the sun and I am not comfortable lying on a day bed as I prefer a lounge chair. I moved my chair into the sun and was told by security that I was not allowed to move the chair. I always moved it back and as a lot of days it was only myself and my husband on the roof it seemed like a silly rule. For this reason we have booked into a different property for our 2026 vacation. The condo itself was amazing and the location perfect.

The rooftop in this building has a stunning view of the bay and the mountain. At night You can enjoy a glass of wine watching the fireworks everyday from the terrace at 8:30 p.m. or work from the deck with the incredible view.
