Location was great but the rest of it.....not so much

If you are looking for a place to sleep that's close to the beach and nothing more you'd be okay here. We were disappointed. I've never stayed somewhere before that they just left the door open and the keys on the table. We didn't get in until 10PM so the doors had been open for hours None of the doors closed because they were all warped. (Especially problematic for the bathrooms) For Check out we had to make the beds. Don't they wash the linens between rentals? Microwave handle was broken. No coffeemaker just a Keurig. No screens on most windows so it was hard to cool the place without getting bugs in. The second night one of our party saw a mouse or rat scurrying in the kitchen. Definitely could use some TLC.
