Enjoy the best of both worlds at 1039 Asbury Ave Unit B a newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath home, located in the heart of Downtown Ocean City steps away from amazing shops, eateries, and unique attractions. Take a walk 3 blocks away to the supermarket and grab some seafood to throw on the grill for dinner. Afterward, you can get a smoothie or acai bowl from Bungalow bowls as you people watch from one of two decks (one facing Asbury and one facing the driveway). If you’d rather enjoy the beach, go to 11th street and walk about 3 blocks and you can spend all day relaxing on the beach (or chasing your kids as they run around the beach). I haven’t sat down on a beach chair in 8 years! Don’t forget to check out the world famous ocean City boardwalk. VACANCIES: Please hurry. Unit books up as soon as Spring starts. Thank you!!

Awwsome place. I almost don't want to leave a review because I don't want everyone finding out about this great place . Stayed with my daughters and have a great time. Super clean , everything you could need , and in the best location. Will definitely stay here every summer.

The house was super clean and was exactly as listed. Quite area as well. We used the house for the MS City to shore ride. Would stay here again if it was available.

Beautiful House in OCNJ!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! It is very clean, spacious, and has beautiful decks! The hosts are amazing to work with! Very friendly and communicative.It was within a short walking distance to the beach and boardwalk so we didn’t have to search for parking. It’s also on the street where there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques, which is very convenient. Even though you are near all of the above mentioned, it is a quiet neighborhood at night and we got a great night sleep! We look forward to staying here again someday and we highly recommend it!

Clean Beautiful home

My family had a great time Memorial Day weekend.This home was beautiful and clean. Very spacious for the 4 of us. Parking in the back. Great location with lots of shops and food choices. Beach is walkable but we had a lot of gear so we drove. Two balcony front and back was a plus. We bbq on the front balcony and relaxed quietly on the back. Overall great experience. Just one tip is to bring your own sheets and blankets. Otherwise you’re all set.

Nice place/ good communication with owners

This was a nice house, and I would return again. Communication with the owners was great. The location was convenient and the space was ample. There is an error on the listing; it says one of the bedrooms has 2 double beds, but actually it is a twin high riser. Pictures were accurate, though, so you can see that two of the bedrooms are set up for children. This was not a problem to our family, and we found the kids’ artwork charming. We noticed that the carpet on the stairs leading to the apartment was rather soiled. Although this was not the best introduction, we were aware that it was the end of the season and probably the result of a good bit of traffic. Don’t let it influence you, because the apartment itself was perfectly clean.

Safety/Cleanliness/Linens

The check in information and details about our stay were received at the check in time which gave us no time to prepare.We found the rental not cleaned and set up. There was small items on the floors in addition to hair and dust. The ash tray was full and I find that unclean as a non smoker and ofcourse my kids ran right to it. There was also a carpet rolled up and a coffee table in the corner.Linens were missing only a couple sheets and only two pillows. We had to buy pillows and a comforter when we arrived. There was no information provided about linens before check in.Last and most important the sliding glass door to thr 2nd floor balcony was open when we arrived and did not have a working lock. This was scary with a young family for kids walking out or someone coming. Also a few of the windows did not lock as well.
