The Beach Nest is the perfect place to enjoy walks on the beach. The decor was pleasing, everything was clean and comfortable, and the property manager/owner was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again.

Great get-away

This house was SO peaceful! Beautifully remodeled! VERY clean!! Great location...just steps from the beach. I loved getting up and having my coffee while watching the sunrise. The screened in porch was so comfortable. This house is on my go-to list to revisit.

Relax and explore

Loved the quiet location. Close proximity to several state parks. Perfect getaway. Screened porch needed some new furniture and screen guard. Decorated nice and clean.

100% Exactly How Listed on VRBO

Property was quaint, yet modern. It was refreshing to have a listing be exactly as you hoped. Update on property was well done and we were more than happy to stay there for our week plus vacation. We would be grateful to stay there again in the future.

Relaxing vacay

Loved this cozy house. Just a short stroll to the ocean. The beach was not crowded - we had the shore to ourselves. Will definitely return. Also the staff at Rent with Integrity were great to work with as I needed this as a last minute booking.

Relaxing hideaway

My husband and I did a quick M-F getaway to celebrate my birthday. We had never been to Alligator Point before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect - clean, updated, and stocked with all the essentials. It was steps from the beach which was amazing. An added bonus were the neighbors- both two legged and 4 legged, lol. Everyone we met was so friendly.

Bald Point Property

House is in really good shape...a knife sharpener in the kitchen would be nice as well as a short extension cord in laundry room to be able to move stand fan. Such a short walk to the beach! All in all, pretty sweet!!!

Wonderful cozy cabin

We love this cabin! Styled with a modern, minimalist aesthetic and very clean and comfortable. Literally 1 min walk to the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the screened-in porch if you so wish. A great kitchen and a cozy living room with a smart TV with plenty of movies to choose from at night. Friendly, quiet neighbors. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Week

Our family had the perfect week in this cutie little cottage. Although small, we never felt cramped. The layout was just perfect. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived! The location to the beach couldn't have been better. My only recommendations are a air conditioning unit in the bunk room (it was hot!) and TVs in the bedrooms. We hope to be back soon!

Gem in the sand!

Basic house built old-school with block--interior was stylishly remodeled but still suitable for beach living. Internet/TV streaming needs updating and/or expanding.

Shhhh. Seriously perfect

Perfect beach cottage. The community is beautiful. The wildlife!!! Deer on the beach at sunrise. Albino squirrels. Butterflies gearing up for their Gulf crossing. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot. We will be back!

The host was very quick to respond, to any questions. The decor was a cute beachy vibe. The inside was nice and clean. One thing I would recommend would be to put some curtains on the glass part of the doors. At night it felt like we were in a fishbowl. The outside could use a little I’m clean up, front and back yard. The bed squeaks a lot. Otherwise it would’ve been a five star review.
