The Kennedy House on Melrose Avenue has plenty of nearby attractions. It’s stylishly designed for 2 to 10 people encompassing the flavor of home. It’s 3-6 driving min. to the boardwalk/beaches. It’s a 1/2 block from various outdoor fitness; tennis, basketball, and track. It’s a corners walk to the marina. Two blocks from AC’s famous Kelsey n Kim’s and Gilchrist restaurants. All casino’s are 3-12 min away w/Oceans Resort the closest. AND the World’s Largest Indoor Water Park only 4-minutes away!

Completely not true. Any reason for cancellation will always be for safety ‘first.’ If ever there is a reason for us to cancel you are immediately given your money back if it was paid out to us. I take pride in my house and I welcome everyone as I would welcome myself. I appreciate you staying at the Kennedy House on Melrose and make no mistake I am always available to communicate directly with you for any questions or needs. Please look at my reviews on Bookings- so many people can’t be wrong about their stay and how they will be returning. 90% 10 stars rating!
