It was a great place for our group to stay. We enjoyed the privacy that our group had. We were able to hit the trails right from the house which is always a plus. A beautiful area where we got to enjoy a variety of wildlife.

ATV vacation

Garbage all over. Dumpster full garage full and house full. All kinds of food left in fridge. Towels were still wet and had to be redried. Filthy silverware drawers. Dishes not put away. Otherwise the riding and weather were good. Bedrooms were clean. Bed’s comfortable. Stay was good. Cleanliness was a little bit to be desired, but the women got together and got everything fixed up.

Beautiful home, clean and well furnished. Loved it!

We enjoyed Bear Country, Custer Part and Mount Rushmore. We all loved hiking trails to see more of Black Hills beauty. We always ended up back at the house for a supper meal and games. What a fantastic getaway for all our family, Mom Dad kids and grandkids.

Great place for a family reunion

My family is spread across multiple states, so we were excited to find a place we could all be together and be semi close to the attractions we wanted to see. The only problem we experienced was the slow wifi.

Wonderful getaway in the Black Hills

We checked in on June 1 and out on June 6. We had a large group of all ages that attended for a family/friend reunion. During the days we all chose what adventure we wanted to explore. Sometimes we stayed together as a group and sometimes we went our own way. We did Bear Country, Reptile Gardens, Mt. Rushmore, Wonderland Cave, Old McDonalds Farm, Spearfish Canyon and a favorite by all was Pactola Lake. Such a beautiful crystal blue lake. We rented paddle boards and had a picnic. In the evenings we took turns doing dinner for our large group. It was all so much fun and some much needed family/friend time. The cabin housed our large group and was supplied with everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice addition for the evenings of unwinding also. Brian was wonderful to work with on the booking and checking in. He also provided a lot of useful information about the sites to prepare for our trip.

Black Hills Snowmobiling

We had a great time in the Black Hills and this property was a great place to stay for our group. The location was in the heart of the trail system. The trails were very close to the property and well maintained. The house accommodated our group very nicely with the number of bedrooms and gathering areas. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for making large meals. The yard was great for the smaller kids to ride mini snowmobiles making many laps in the open area. The heated garage was a great for leaving our riding gear hang to dry. We very much enjoyed the house and the experience. We will certainly look at staying here again. The check in was extremely easy. Everything in the house worked great. We just love to get away to enjoy snowmobiling and the company. We will look at this property for future trips to the Hills in either winter or summer.

Very Disappointed will not return

Location was great the communication from the property manager was impressive but then we got there and 3 inches of ice on driveway and at the entry. They used a snowplow to get rid of the bulk of the snow then that was it. My parents arrived to a note requesting that they take the load from the washer to the dryer. My mom continued to fold that load of laundry then we continued to do laundry throughout the week since there were not enough towels -hot pad holders were filthy, and she wanted to help the staff out by getting a jump start on their work for them........ When my sister arrived, she found towels out by the hot tub. My brothers had to scoop the snow from the deck so we could use it. The grill was full of ash. My brother had to do a lot of work to be able to use it while we were there. The stovetop had not been cleaned, oven was disgusting, refrigerator had not been touched in between guests. There were dead flies behind the door in upstairs bedroom and overall dusty. Then there was the Wi-Fi. It was EXTREMELY SLOW. In that big of a house, I would suggest adding boosters throughout the house. Would add more but ran out of space.

Snowmobile Trip

This cabin was everything we needed to enjoy snowmobiling in the Black Hills! Five couples each enjoyed private rooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an extra waffle maker and a crock pot. There was plenty of room to eat together, play games and watch DVDs. The heated garage was great for storing gear and getting ready to ride. Some enjoyed the hot tub, others enjoyed the sitting area upstairs for puzzles and reading. Brian was helpful as we made the initial reservation and through check in. The wi-fi held up for those doing work and schoolwork during the trip and there were ALOT of DVDs to choose from to enjoy the evenings. Highly recommended for a large group!

Great place for large group

Brian made the communication very easy answered all of my questions promptly!! Very nice place especially for a large group or large family. Our group was here for the Sturgis bike rally, while it was a little further outside of lead than we expected it was very nice, clean and quiet. Our only “complaint “ if you even call it that would be the Internet service is not good at all in this area. Other than that, great place to stay !!
