Luxury Garden Ground Floor!

It was very easy to get in and out. No long lines at registration. Just walk to your unit. We may be flexible with an earlier check in. The Unit is spacious, pool is wonderful and location is great. Kauai has become quite the destination spot and this resort is at the middle of everything.

Luxury Garden, two bedroom, three bathroom Ground Floor Condo at this Beachfront Resort located in a quiet tropical garden setting. Perfect for couples or families! just steps to the sandy beach, heated pool with water slides, sandy bottom jacuzzis, and sandy beach pool for children!

Enjoy Oasis on the Beach Restaurant and Spa by the Sea at this Resort!

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Waipouli B101 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Condo at 1st Class Waipouli Beachfront Resort & Spa on the beautiful island of Kauai.Located on the ground floor in 'B' Building, this well decorated 2 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo offers easy access to the pool and beach with quiet privacy when returning to the condo. This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality designer furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions with access to On Demand movies and a large selection of channels.

Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, a full size dresser and a Master Bath with it's own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The Second Master Bedroom Suite has both a Queen size bed and a Full size bed (extra long) with master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a small bathroom with shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper with a new memory foam mattress to comfortably accommodate 6 - 8 people

Everything is within walking distance: pool, beach, ocean and spa. Shopping and restaurants are right across
the street. A beach walking path runs right past the resort, ideal for running or early sunrise strolls.

We can add beach chairs, pack n play and booster seat. Just let us know what you would like in the unit.

So many things were great about our stay, beginning with clear communication in advance, during our stay and additional support upon check out. The room we had was top notch with great furnishings, appliances, climate control and of course the lanai. The pool was better than imagined, and both adult and family spas met needs for all ages. Easy access to the beach with chairs and lounges was appreciated. Several sunrises were enjoyed. The location was great with access to north and south shores, and groceries across the street. A return trip will be planned as soon as possible!

The condo was clean and the host was very responsive. A few little snags with the dishwasher pump being out, the AC evaporator coil starting leaking into the closet on our last evening, and the shower drain backed up in the en-suite routinely. Overall our family had a great time and would stay again. Small inconveniences considering being in paradise!

Cannot wait to go back!

We just stayed at this property with 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo was spacious, the pool was amazing, the beach was rocky but overall was good and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Right across the street ( walking distance) was a Safeway, ABC store, and a good shaved ice.
