Step out on the balcony overlooking the stunning Gulf of America and soak in the sun to enjoy your morning coffee. Enter the spacious Master bedroom from the balcony stepping into a fully updated King bedroom with a beautifully remodeled bathroom and walk-in closet. A large second bedroom includes a queen bunk bed with a bonus queen sized trundle for comfortable family sleeping . Walk-in closets in the spare bedroom and off the balcony for plenty of storage. The kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry with extra storage. Cabinets galore. Fully stocked for all household needs. Toaster, coffee pot, teapot, single pod Keurig, dishes, pots, pans, and more. Monthly rentals welcome, multiple month discount offered.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Sheets and bedding can be piled on their respective beds. Towels should be placed into clothes basket. Wring out very wet ones and place @ the "Top" of the heap.

Set air conditioner to 77 degrees. Double check to see all faucets turned off. Make sure stove and oven is "Off".

Please close Patio doors @ Master BR and Living room access. No need to lock those. Leave keys and KeyCards on kitchen counter next to coffee maker. Lock front door using "Lock symbol" on Keypad.

Sand Key is primarily a residential area. The bustle and entertainment are just 6 minutes by car or bus North over the bridge on Clearwater beach.
We enjoy the privacy and quiet of our neighborhood and the proximity of all our area has to offer. Restaurants, fishing, golf, airports St.Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs.
