Unit 802 Landmark Towers with assigned covered parking spot (and additional open visitor spots).

Contactless access (lockbox). Building has 24 security guard and gate to property.

Whether for a month or two, you will love staying at this newly renovated (Summer 2020) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the beach. It is fully furnished and has an amazing balcony facing directly west for your unobstructed sunset viewing (access from bedroom and living room).

It is on the eighth floor of a gated complex, Landmark Towers I, with one covered parking spot. More parking available in the outdoor parking area There is a resort style pool, tennis, shuffleboard, swing set for kids and most importantly miles of wide sandy beaches just in your frontyard.

Another great feature of this complex is that though it is on a quiet, secluded beach, it is less than a mile (over a bridge with pedestrian/bike path) to Clearwater Beach and all its excitement. Across the street is the only commerce in the area at the Shoppes of Sand Key with a few choice restaurants (including the Columbia), stores, grocer, ice cream parlor, nail salon and dry-cleaner. You never even have to get in a car, besides there is a trolley service up and down Gulf Boulevard from Clearwater to St Pete!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a brand new mattress and in suite bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has 2 twins (also new mattresses). The hallway bathroom has a shower. Both have walk in closet.

Fully stocked kitchen. Internet and cable included. NO phone line.

No pets, No smoking.

You'll come for the sunsets and never want to leave!

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo

Natalie was a great host, communication was good and the Condo was clean and inviting. Our stay was seamless, however the time went by to fast! Would go back for sure!

Ideal location!

We love Sand Key! There is no better place to stay when visiting Clearwater. This condo is in the absolute ideal location with fast access to the trolley, shops, beach, restaurants...everything! Condo is fully appointed with everything a family would need for a short or long stay. An added bonus is that the owner always responded within minutes of my reaching out to her with questions. Highly recommend!

Sunrises and sunsets!!

Fantastic condo on 8th floor, with amazing views, located directly across the street from “Shoppes on Sand Key” which has shopping and several excellent restaurants. Have rented several condos over the years and Nathalie, by far, is the most amazing, thoughtful and greatest host! I have already booked her condo for two months next year and can’t wait to return.

A Piece of Heaven!!

A beachfront condo with stunning views!! Waking up to this view was one of the best parts of the vacation. The condo was clean and welcoming. The owner Natalie was pleasure to deal with and always available! This location and property was everything you could ask for in sunny getaway - steps from the beach, heated pool, and relaxing hot tub! Lots of activities to do near by - we even signed up our children for sailing camp right across from the condo! We are already missing our relaxing days by the pool, warm swims in the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. We stayed for an month and didn't want to leave. We can't wait to come back!

A Vacation to redo!

A beautiful view from every window of the condo, especially from the balcony during sunset. The condo is very clean and located in safe and quiet area…very relaxing stay. The owner is very sympathetic, flexible and very helpful. We felt ourselves like home. Beach is 2min walking from the building, not too much people swimming, however it was the end of December and I swum almost every day. We took very nice pictures with pelicans on the beach during sunset. it was amazing. A lot of nice restaurants and things to do for 20 to 30min walking: bikes rental, aquarium, souvenir shopping, guided tour…etc. It was a good choice for our vacation. I highly recommend it for families. Many thanks to Nathalie.

Beach, sunset & relax

We traveled from Italy to enjoy this superb end of landing condo with great beach view, conveniently sited on the 8th floor. The view is great, especially at the sunset, when you can relax on the balcony sipping your favourite drink. The unit is extremely well appointed with a high standard of decor and furnishings. The pool facilities are excellent, as well as the access to the ocean beach: our two kids loved to play and swim in both places. Cafes and smaller shops are conveniently sited across the adjacent road, as well as other major restaurants and mall that are not far away. The landlady has been greatly helpful in providing plenty of information and suggestion for places to visit/to eat, most of which we tried personally. We would like to thank her for her kindness and availability, we will definitely consider to rent the condo again during our next visit.

Clearwater Beach rental

This condo is on the calm end of Clearwater Beach, with a beautiful view of both the gulf and the bay. Very close to several nice restaurants. I could not have asked for a more relaxing stay!

Best vacation ever

The location and condo are awesome. The beach is so quiet and not crowded. While the area is very quiet..you can find lots to do very quickly. The food was great and nice shopping as well. Looking forward to returning next year.

Ideal Location

Our first time in this condo. The owner Nathalie had communicated all the condo rules and details to us prior to our arrival and we were very pleased with the condo. The location is ideal and we had great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Inter Coastal. This allowed us to view the spectacular sunrise from the spacious kitchen while preparing breakfast and the glorious sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. This condo has the perfect mix of a quiet and relaxing vacation while being just a short walk to the beautiful and vibrant Clearwater Beach area. For those who enjoy good restaurants there is something for all tastes close by. Our first time here but certainly not our last. Thanks Nathalie.

Perfect for sun and relaxing

The condo is just by the beach, a short walk and you are there. The view of the gulf from the balcony is amazing. The beach is not so crowded which was great for us. The pool area is lovely and the other people in the building are super nice. Nathalie was very attentive and easy to get hold of if needed. I give my highest recommendation for anyone planning to travel to the area. Just less than two hours from Disney and close to lots of fun for adults and children.

Winter in Paradise

We stayed in this condominium from January 1 to March 31, 2018. We found it to be a homey, comfortable place. Great location. Close to the action of Clearwater beach but just far enough away if you want the quiet. Great restaurants right across the street. Has a nice pool and hot tub; and of course, the gulf is right outside your back door. Beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. You could not ask for a better owner to work with than Nathalie. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing condo

Beautifully appointed condo right on the beach. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants across the street. Covered parking. Everything you could possibly want is in the condo! Just bring your bathing suit for the gorgeous pool and hot tub! Nathalie the property manager is wonderful and always available if you need anything.

Super great location ! A step away from the beach and close enough to many attractions , but without the traffic congestion from Clearwater Beach ! We enjoyed the sunrise with a great view over the inter coastal waterways from the kitchen window and the sunset with a fantastic view over the Golf of Mexico from the balcony. Collected so many shells while walking the beach that I was wondering if we get in trouble with our luggage allowance, The apartment is comfortable and tasteful furnished, has everything one will need for a relaxing vacation.Nathalie Dani is very responsive and supporting - Thank you for a great week !

Paradise on Sand Key

We stayed here this month and absolutely loved it, enough to want to return! Every review is bang on- the views are spectacular, the condo is well equipped, and the master bedroom is especially awesome with the balcony, en suite, comfy king sized bed, and tons of space. The laundry across the hall was never too busy and it was reasonable. We did have a rental car which we preferred as we like to get out every day to do something. Treasure Island and John's Pass was a scenic 30 min drive down the coast. Sand Key and the location of this condo is one of the nicest in the area. If you want class, less crowds, and unspoiled scenery, this is the place! Nathalie is a delight to deal with.

It is a just an amazing building with such a great community and amenities and the best shops across the street to boot. And the Marriott and Sheraton just next door to add further amenities! Also our condo is uncluttered, simple, neat and clean. As a beach condo should be!
