Located in the heart of Guntersville! You will enjoy a panoramic view of the lake across the road from a public boat launch and close to everything Guntersville has to offer! Walking distance to restaurants, the local brewery, and a short drive to Guntersville’s City Harbor. This home is side A of the Lakeside Landing duplex. There is a private entrance leading to a spacious one bedroom, one bathroom, and a full kitchen. There is ample parking and outdoor plugs for boat battery charging.
The space
One bedroom with a queen bed, this bedroom has a gorgeous view of the lake! Full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Home has a fully stocked kitchen. One sleeper sofa that sleeps one comfortably. There is a deck, which overlooks the lake in the back.
