**The Ariel Dunes HOA will be undergoing an elevator modernization project beginning October 13, 2025, through approximately March 2026. They are installing brand new elevators, so there may be periods of delay in using the working elevators. We appreciate your patience while they are making these improvements! **

**The Ariel Dunes HOA is undergoing a resealing and restriping project beginning 1/15/26. It is expected to take 1 month to complete, weather permitting. There may be noise and dust at times during this project. The HOA will block off areas for parking while working on this project. We apologize for any inconvenience. **

Great layout and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a beach week with family including a nice laundry room and beach chairs/toys. Great location with easy beach access and walking distance to several restaurants. Host was very responsive in all our communications.

Great Penthouse Unit

We booked this Ariel Dunes ocean view penthouse for a three day music fest and had a fantastic time. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and the photos are completely up to date. The master bedroom + bath and all the common areas have spectacular panoramic gulf views.
