The stay was amazing. The place was very clean & had every thing you needed. Beach closet loaded with everything kitchen stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture was clean. The best for me the views!

Beautiful condo!

Great layout and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for a beach week with family including a nice laundry room and beach chairs/toys. Great location with easy beach access and walking distance to several restaurants. Host was very responsive in all our communications.

Excellent location and beautiful views! Easy check in and check out. Communications were open the entire stay!The drawback is that our son woke up with bites all over his body. We took him to the emergency room where he was diagnosed with bed bug bites. After sending pictures and the discharge papers stating that it was bed bugs we received a long email basically down playing the issue and disregarding the discharge papers by stating it was anything but bed bugs. We were told that someone would contact us after the Penthouse unit was checked for bed bugs but have not heard a peep!

We want to state clearly for future guests: this condo does not have bed bugs. Following this stay we engaged a licensed professional pest inspector who found zero evidence of bed bugs, zero casings, zero blood trails, and zero infestation of any kind. A written clearance report was issued and has been provided to both the guest and VRBO. We genuinely appreciate the kind words about the location, views, and communication and we are truly sorry the guest's son experienced a reaction that caused such alarm. We responded immediately and blocked the condo for inspection. Bed bug bites cannot be definitively diagnosed by appearance alone. The CDC and American Academy of Dermatology both confirm a diagnosis requires finding the actual insect. Florida's coastal environment is home to many biting insects that can closely mimic bed bug reactions. Aerial Dunes 2405 is a clean, professionally maintained property and we have hosted many happy guests. We have the inspection report on file in our office for anyone who wishes to see a copy!

Great Penthouse Unit

We booked this Ariel Dunes ocean view penthouse for a three day music fest and had a fantastic time. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and the photos are completely up to date. The master bedroom + bath and all the common areas have spectacular panoramic gulf views.
