FULLY RENOVATED in 2024!

This elegant two story, four bedroom, penthouse condo at Majestic Sun will take your breath away (both inside and out)! This lovely penthouse perfectly exemplifying high end style and grace is located on the 11th and 12th floors, which enhances and maximizes the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views. The living area offers magnificent floor to ceiling glass windows and high ceilings that span two stories which frame the gorgeous Gulf views and sunsets like no other! Enjoy this expansive balcony that runs from the living area all the way across the entire lower floor to the dining area. The lower floor has two living rooms and a large kitchen and a dining room. The dining room has a large table and an additional seating at the kitchen counter on barstools. Fully furnished kitchen is perfect for microwaving leftovers or preparing a gourmet meal. Some of the finest finishing touches on the lower floor include stainless steel appliances, tile floors, glass tile back splash, crown molding (laced with rope lighting to create a romantic mood for adults or a night light effect for children), new designer furnishings, new lighting and granite counter tops.

In the living area there is a large 86 inch flat screen TV.

Upper level has a Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS
All of the bedrooms have new bedding, high thread count sheets, all mattresses were selected with comfort in mind (including Temperpedic mattress toppers to add even more comfort), flat screen TV's. All four of the bedrooms are oversized rooms.

BATHROOMS
On the upper level, you will find the Master Bathroom which has a water closet, large shower, and double vanities.

Upstairs, in addition to the Master Bathroom described above, is a large guest bathroom. This bathroom has a tub and large walk-in shower which is separate from the tub. You will also find double sinks and plenty of counter space in this bathroom.

On the lower level, there is a large full bathroom with tub and shower combination and sink.

Awesome Family Vacation

Our stay at Majestic Sun was beyond fabulous. The views, the rooms, the accommodations (especially for my 10month old with the playroom, high chair, pack-n-play) were out of this world perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and fast response times. Definitely hope to stay in this penthouse again one day.

Beautiful property and unit! Very spacious for our large group! Property manager was quick to respond to messages. Love the easy beach access. Kitchen lacked cooking accessories like pots and pans and cookie sheets if you are planning to cook in while you are there. Loved having soaps provided and the area to store beach items. Would definitely stay again!

The condo provided the space we needed for our family. Plenty of things were provided to keep our grandkids occupied when we weren't at the beach or pool. The location was great. Concerns we had - there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived, we found a water bottle under one of the beds, the dishwasher wasn't secure and the door handle on the upstairs master bathroom was coming off.

The acces to beach wasnt as easy as i had before .the neighbor condo chairs and umbrella were set up in front of our building last step no more hand rail coming up was difficult 12"step no rail to help.majestic did not provide chairs umbrella. Our host did but that was more to carry down.

Great condo.

The condo exceeds expectations. Our family of 11 fit comfortably in the space. The condo is very updated and has everything you need. The play room was the biggest hit for the kiddos. The extra large balcony has a great gulf front view. We easily walked to oceanfront meals from the location.

Family Reunion

Had a wonderful time getting together with my parents (in their 80's) with my siblings and their spouses. We had such a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us. Would recommend for any large family get together.

Was perfect!! There were a few things that need to be fixed but we did not let that deter us from having a great time. We mainly ate out and stayed at the beach. Beach was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen.

This is the second year in a row that we rented at Majestic Sun but our first in this penthouse. The unit is beautiful and well stocked. We had a welcome package along with extra supplies that made our move in easier. Location is great and allowed us to view the fireworks from the beach in both directions. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent family setting

We had a Great time. The location was perfect for all of our needs and conveniently located for stores, shops and recreation. We were not overly concerned with the TVs in the bedrooms but the one located in the Family room should be replaced. Everyone enjoyed the spacious rooms and set up. The was a perfect vacation and we will definitely do it again. Julie it was truly a pleasure and thank you for your timely responses to my inquiries.

Nice property. Floors needed to be mopped before we arrived. Like amenities. Everyone had a good time! Note: Due to the parking situation, do not understand why the owner will not allow parking in garage. Silly!

We were very upset to hear that the floors were dirty upon your arrival. We happily sent the cleaning crew back to make the property perfect for your stay (on the same day the concern was brought to our attention). As for the parking garage, unfortunately, the HOA dictates who is allowed to park in that one particular parking garage, not the owner. Honestly, the owners would not have had any issue with you parking there except that we know that particular garage is patrolled daily and cars are towed by the HOA at the owner's expense. There are plenty of other parking spots on the property both in the open lot and the multi-story parking garage. Despite your concerns, I hope you enjoyed your vacation while visiting our condo.

Fabulous vacation!

We had a great time. The property is beautiful and very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to feed a large family. There were dirty sheets on the foldout couch, we just washed them and it was fine. The beach view is perfect. The only complaint about the beach was that La Dolce Vita and Seascapes resort puts umbrellas and chairs along the entire public beach area. It blocks the view of the ocean and makes it hard to watch your kids playing. We had to get up extra early to set up our tent and chairs. Overall, we lived our stay and the property manager was easily accessible. Thank you for a fabulous time!!!

Great place for a large family.

This unit has a spectacular view from the master bedroom, dining room, and living area. There is also plenty of space for children and comes equipped with a booster chair and some books, games and items for the beach. The building’s pool has a heated area which is also partially covered making it a nice option for the double red flag days where even touching the gulf water was prohibited. The beach is across the street but there is a crosswalk a few steps from the building and most people are very cognizant of stopping for pedestrians. Once you cross the street you must go down several steps. The kitchen is nicely equipped and spacious but the dining table only seats eight. Places to hang beach towels and bath towels are few but the large washer and dryer minimizes this issue. Check in and out was super efficient and the owner very responsive to any concerns. I would stay here again and recommend it to any large family.

spring break 2019

My wife, 2 daughters, and a few friends stayed at this property. Her comment was that this unit has an amazing view but needs some TLC. When they checked in, none of the TV's worked and a tub was backed up, would not drain. They reach out to the onsight property mgr for help and the response is " you rented through VRBO , we can't help you ". 2 of the 3 treadmills in the fitness center were broken and you can guess what the on sight property mgr said. We eventually connected with the VRBO property mgr and everything was fixed. Not exactly how you want to spend your time at $1,000 a night.

We’ve spoken to the service provider numerous times, and although they quickly try to resolve the outage as it occurs, there doesn’t seem to be a way to avoid it completely. Yes, it is true that at our building, condo issues can only be reported to the building management if you are an owner residing at the property. A week at Majestic Sun B

Our condo was very nice, great location, spacious and easy access to the beach. The door to the balcony on the main floor was extremely hard to open and the handle was broken when we got there, it was unable to be fixed while we were there because the part was unavailable. The upstairs smelt like mildew from the laundry room. The two small bedrooms were extremely dark even with the lights on. When doing the laundry the upstairs was 79 degrees while the AC was on 70. There were TV's in all of the rooms but remotes weren't with them. The only TV that had a remote was the living room one. There was a bunk room on the 1st floor which had an x-box in it which my grandson was excited about but didn't have the connections that were needed. So maybe they could make sure the remotes work, the x-box worked, etc. Overall, we had a great time just being together in a Beautiful part of Florida. Victoria the Manager was a such a nice person who Really tried to get the slider fixed, it was out of her hands. I think the sliding door needs to be replaced, it was probably due to the saltwater damage.

Awesome property and even better host!

We had a family trip involving 4 adults, 3 teens, 3 pre-teens, and a 5 year old. The property was more than sufficient for our group! The property comes with everything you will need to have a great time. Excellent views, the pool was great, and very easy beach access. There were an abundance of towels and even beach towels for our use. There were beach toys, beach chairs, and wagon located in the storage garage available to use as well. The kitchen included a lot of unexpected items as a bonus. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes for our family of 11 and there was even a coffee grinder, crockpot, waffle iron, and ice cream maker. We didn’t use most of them, but if you are reading this you might be excited to have those on hand. Something that you can’t take for granted is who you have for a host. I have to say that Victoria was extremely accommodating in any way she could. She really goes above and beyond what you would ever expect. She works hard to be sure your stay is what you need it to be. We had an issue where both coffee makers stopped working (yes with 7 kids that was potentially catastrophic lol) and Victoria took time out of her busy day with her family to drive to multiple locations to be sure she got a nice coffee maker for the unit. She personally dropped it off very quickly with a little gift for our inconvenience. All in all we had an incredible week and will book again in the future! Thank you Victoria!

Wonderful place to stay
