Fabulous

Property worked extremely well for us. Hope to return one day.House and pool were terrific, as was proximity to (private!) beach, shops, and restaurantsSamantha, the host, was lovely and very helpful. Response times were prompt and she even dropped off a high chair for us to use, as well as a bag of goodies.

Wonderful Home and Host

This was one of the best homes we have ever rented through VRBO (going back 15 years!) The house was extremely clean and fully stocked with all the necessities that most home only have 1 of when you arrive (i.e. toilet paper rolls). They also have everything you need for the beach available for use Very close access to Park Shore Private beach, which is a hidden gem! Host (Samantha) was very responsive and accessible. We will absolutely be renting this house again in the future

Lovely Home Away From Home

This is an absolutely amazing home! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable! My husband and I both loved the home. It had everything we needed and more. The location was convenient to everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and very upscale. The pool was also very nice and the screened lanai was great at keeping the bugs out. We did not use the private access beach, so I can’t comment on that. Overall a lovely property that I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Home !

This is a beautiful house. The layout is perfect for a small group or family. The remolding that was completed last fall is high end and very tasteful. Samantha, our host, was responsive and helpful. When there was an atypical cold snap during our stay in Naples (temps at night in the high 30s - low 40s), she was right on it to make sure the heating units were functioning properly and that we were completely comfortable. I really appreciated that!I look forward to returning to this property.

A Beautiful Home In A Perfect Location

My Family of five came to Naples for thanksgiving. We travel frequently and always rent homes, never have we rented a clean home like this one. Everything was thought of, and I was able to cook a traditional thanksgiving dinner using items provided in the kitchen! The home is in a perfect location, walking distance to a private clean beach, shopping and we loved fifth avenue for dinner! The kids loved the pool and we loved that the there was sand toys and Floaties provided. Samantha was so friendly and easy to get ahold of if we had any questions! We will definitely be back!

Luxury Beach House Experience

This house is even more beautiful, more calming, and more serene than in the photos. We have a pool at home up north and anticipated using the pool all day long, but once we stepped foot on the private beach we were in love with the stunning sand and warm clear water that we turned into a beach-family instead. The house is fully stocked with what you need for a beach day, it is 30 second drive, and you have your own private immaculate quiet beach nearly to yourself. Our family of 5 fit perfectly into the home, and we enjoyed cooking in the spacious beautiful kitchen as much as we enjoyed a 7-minute neighborhood drive to our favorite restaurants in Olde Naples. My husband and I have vacationed in Naples for 20 years since high school/college and we've outgrown hotels with three and now four young children. It was so fast and so easy to be on a gorgeous beach, that we can never stay somewhere that doesn't have this type of beach access and set-up in Naples. Leaving your own private beach and returning to the home was equally delightful, walking back into the tranquility of the home. From start to finish the entire experience, Samantha's care, the location, neighborhood, morning coffee in the family room overlooking the neighborhood out front, the home set-up with the "kids wing" and the "parents wing".Samantha was concierge level attentive, responding and addressing any question during our stay. We would love to return to this exact house the next time we can!
