About this property

New Home only minutes away from beautiful sandy beaches

We are so excited to offer you our newly built home! With a very minimal look and comfortable feel, the home is furnished with new furniture, mattresses, dishes, appliances and some other necessities. Come, enjoy a slow, peaceful, and sunny stay in our beautiful house. The patio chairs are uber comfortable for that morning cup of coffee (Delonghi Magnifica machine). Also we provide a box of toys for kiddos and some beach toys.
Gasparilla State Park (Boca Grande beach) requires a $6 fee for access to the island and is 16 miles away. However, it is definitely more secluded than other public beaches. Englewood beach is only10 miles away
Blind pass Beach
Manasota Key beach

Publix and other fast food restaurants is only 5 minutes away.

The Rooms:
Master room has king size bed, the other two rooms have queen size bed. We have pack and play for babies/toddlers.

Just like home

Just like home. Great location. Super clean. Beautiful master bathroom. We did not want to leave. Plenty of supplies to cook, clean, relax. Even had a supply of beach towels.
