Beautiful and cozy loft in Mt Lookout!

Enjoy our loft located here in Mt Lookout. This is an upstairs unit! The loft is always very clean and offers such a cozy environment. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the Mt Lookout square where you will find plenty to do such as, many amazing restaurants to eat dinner or lunch at, small dessert shops, gas stations and convenience stores, and bars that offer music and games such as darts or pool!!! You are less than 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati where there is always something fun going on and only minute from Findlay park and Northern Kentucky. If you choose to stay inside for your trip you will not be disappointed as we have loaded the loft with may things to keep you occupied such as, many different board games, old school retro video games playing cards and ect…
We have a stackable washer dryer combo downstairs which is in a shared space with the laundry for the first floor. The back yard is only for the first floor tenants at this time. There is a driveway to park in and on street parking out front as well. There are 3 smaller flights of stairs to go up to the loft so we are not handicap or wheelchair accessible. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet with no issues whatsoever!!! We do have quiet time from 10pm to 9am out of respect for our first floor tenant. We are local so if you need anything do not hesitate to reach out!!!

Quiet and Comfortable

We had an amazing time at Suzanne's place! It was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. I slept like a baby on the super comfortable mattress. The host was responsive and helpful. The location was perfect—walkable to the square, but in very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We even extended our stay an extra week because it felt like home. Highly recommend! We hope to stay again during a future visit.

Charming sweet apartment

This place was the perfect place to rest and relax while we were in town for our best friend’s wedding. The apartment was well stocked and cozy in the nicest neighborhood that’s just a short walk from town. The host replied to any questions of mine right away and quickly as well. The neighbors were nice and we were pretty sad to leave! Will definitely need to come back again soon.

Staycation

We needed a temporary home while our floors were being refinished. This location made it convenient to be close to home and desired activities both near our residence and in and around charming Mt. Lookout.A couple minor blips upon arrival gave us the opportunity to find out that the owner was very attentive and met our needs in a timely manner.We enjoyed his recommendation of Dellwood Restaurant for dinner and we loved returning to Zips for lunch, a favorite from years ago. Seasons 52 was a new dinner option for us and I particulary liked the ambience and food. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare our meals, breakfast through dinner.The property was spacious, beds were comfortable. We were within easy walking distance to restaurants and fun neighborhood walks to explore.The bathtub was a little off-putting, in need of an update, but it was clean and water pressure was great. I suspect that this is on owner's to do list, for rest of the bathroom was in nice shape as well as the rest of the propertyWe did enjoy our stay here.
