Hardwood throughout entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas; newly carpeted hallway & bedrooms; ceramic tile floors in baths. Full size W/D in hallway laundry closet. Fully equipped kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counter tops, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, & side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Island w/ 4 bar stools; game table w/2 chairs; dining table w/8chairs. Master BR has King bed, one BR has (2) twin beds, and two BR's have Queen beds. Large private 400 sf front porch plus rear covered deck. One block from downtown, 2 blocks to grocery store, and 4 blocks to beach & boardwalk. Ideal rental if you have someone with difficulty climbing stairs or use a wheelchair, as there is an elevator which opens directly into the unit. (NOTE: we DO NOT rent for Senior Wk/Spring Break/Prom Weekend/etc.)
