Tucked away in a warm and welcoming vacation community, this English cottage lies between Cranberry Pond and Long Pond, on the brink of Lake Ontario. The cottage itself exudes an aura of peace and tranquility, having been revamped early in 2023 with a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, and chic furniture.

Experience breathtaking sunsets, calming strolls along nearby trails, and delightful outdoor picnics and barbecues.
The space
Your holiday haven features three bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with a king bed, and another with two twin beds. The full-size kitchen is equipped with new refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. I'll provide an assortment of snacks and a "starter pack" of essential items like paper towels and toilet paper,cleaning product.

My keyless and contactless entry system ensures a hassle-free check-in. I'll provide you with a unique keycode before your arrival. Once here, you'll have unrestricted access to the entire home, Cranberry Pond, Long Pond, and Lake Ontario. Plus, local parks, hiking trails, and attractions are yours to explore.
Other things to note
While I strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, there are a few things you should be aware of:

The town of Greece enforces strict regulations for short-term rentals. Always remember to park your vehicle in the driveway (not on the grass). There is also a noise ordinance in effect, and pets must be leashed and under control at all times.

Parties are strictly prohibited. The town of Greece has been deliberating on banning rentals due to their impact on quiet neighborhoods like ours. Besides, I deeply value the peaceful coexistence with my neighbors and wouldn't want to disturb their tranquility!
