Luxury 4 Bedroom Oceanfront Home w/ Teenage Great Room

Our beach house is a lovely 4 bedroom, oceanfront home on the south end of Topsail Island. Topsail Beach is a quiet, family oriented beach.

Our home has 2 large bedrooms separated by a full bathroom on each side of the spacious, fully equipped kitchen/family room. One ocean side bedroom has a king sized Simmons mattress and a 42” Roku TV. The sound side bedroom has two single beds. On the other side of the family room you will find a queen sized bed with a 32” HDTV on the ocean side. The sound side bedroom has one queen bed and one single bed.

In the family room you'll find a 55” Roku TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, AT&T Cable, and HBO Max to watch movies in the evenings when you're not enjoying the gorgeous views of the stars and the soothing sounds of the waves.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you'll need to cook a fabulous meal to enjoy on our screened in porch! The views are so beautiful from the kitchen that you won't even mind cooking!

The family room opens up to a screened in porch where you can have outside meals or just relax and enjoy the view. For the sun lovers, there's a large open deck right off of the screened in porch and a nice private walkway to the beach.

For those of you with children, let them enjoy the downstairs 'teenage great room' which includes a great room with a Roku TV, Wii and Foosball table and a bathroom! This area is perfect for teenagers to have their own space. There are no inside stairs so it would not be suitable for young children to sleep; however, it is certainly a fun place for them to play on a rainy day or if they've had enough sun for the day!

In the garage you'll find the washer/dryer, a Weber gas grill, several beach chairs, boogie boards, buckets and shovels all to make your vacation a bit more enjoyable!

Ideal Beach Place

This is the perfect place on the beach for our three generations of family. All the amenities of home, fabulous screened-in porch and additional deck overlooking the beach, plenty of parking, bonus play room in the basement. Visit the sea turtle hospital, Wilmington, the USS North Carolina, Airlie Gardens, and Britt's famous donuts if you stay here.

Our fifth year here, perfect for our three generations of family. Set back from road with ample parking. Well-equipped kitchen, screened porch plus deck. Beach toys, bikes, gas grill for guests. Little ones love the basement rec room. Hope to be back next year.

Amazing Beach Getaway

This property was more than we could of hoped for. The layout was perfect for multiple families traveling together. The family/living space was open and fit everyone. The kids loved the "teen room" downstairs and felt like they had a place of their own to relax at the end of the day. We loved being able to step off the back porch straight onto the beach. We will be renting this house again in the future!!

Wonderful oceanfront home.House was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Kitchen had all you could wish for to prepare meals at home. We loved the layout. All the furnishings were comfortable. Perfect Cottage for Two Families

My family and I love South Topsail. This cottage has so much to offer! We vacationed with another family and found this house to be perfect. The kids could gather in the "basement" room and play games or watch TV. There are plenty of kitchen supplies as well as items for use on the beach. Perfect old-school feel!

What a great house!! Although updated and modern, it exemplifies what an old-school beach house should feel like!! The open living/dining/kitchen space provides plenty of room for everyone. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. We always buy bags of ice for general use and our beach coolers but the ice maker was surprisingly quick at replenishing supplies for beverages and evening cocktails. The bedrooms are all good-sized and the bedding is comfortable. There is enough space in the twin room to accommodate a twin air mattress or cot if you need an extra sleeping space. The downstairs (outside access only) great room was a welcome retreat for the teens in our group. The screened-in porch and deck are amazing! Comfortable furniture and endless ocean views make this the place to be when you aren't on the beach. The night-sky views are second to none (the listing photo is not an exaggeration!). The beach is clean and wide, even during high tide. The beach refurbishment project did an excellent job of restoring the area. It is worth noting that the refurbishment did build a dune in front of the house. You can still use the beach access steps from the deck but do have to walk a short way to cross over at the public access beside the house. We had a great week! Anthony and Holly were quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at their home again. Topsail and Surf City are fun, family-friendly beaches with everything you need for a perfect vacation!!

Our family of eight plus our 6 month old granddaughter absolutely loved our stay! We loved the layout of the house itself where we could all be together on one level, and we had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch and the deck with the rocking chairs. We loved waking to the sunrise every morning which you could enjoy from your bedroom window, the deck or down on the beach. We loved the short walk or bike ride to the quaint little shops and grill right down the road. We simply loved everything about our vacation at Topsail!

Another great week in Topsail

Cute house! We had a rocky start with crazy rain, but the house was great. It was well-stocked and clean. The owners were very responsive. The beach is magnificent. We cooked in most nights because we couldn't leave that view. I have said this in previous years, but it bears repeating: There isn't a lot to do on Topsail Island and the best restaurant closed last year, so you have to want to sit on the beach and relax for a whole week. That's why the house you choose is so important! We highly recommend Holly and Anthony's home!

A true gem in Topsail!

We have been to Topsail many times over the years, and this may be the best vacation house we've ever rented. It was beautiful inside and out, and the screen porch was a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean without fighting the sun! The teenage great room was also wonderful as it allowed the kids and adults to both have enjoyable game time. Anthony was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend this property highly enough, and will definitely be looking at it on our next trip to Topsail!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The main floor was very open and confortable, with a well appointed kitchen and the perfect view of the beach. Having two bicycles in the garage was very convienent as well. The highlight of the trip was seeing baby sea turtles being released right on our beach.

Perfect beach and perfect beach house, we lover our time there. Having rented about 10 VRBO homes across the country, we were surprised to find this one required us to rent sheets and towels as we never experienced that before. The owners greatly helped us scramble to find a rental linen company and we got everything needed that day. In talking with the linen company, rental linens seems like a standard thing at beach houses in this part of the country. My suggestion to the owner was to call that out more clearly in the listing.
