The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash dishes and leave in dish drainer.
Put towels in washer and start
Make sure all windows are closed and locked and fireplace is off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum length of stay is 28 days. For stays over 14 days an additional cleaning fee of $180 will be added for mid-stay clean.
All Pets must be pre approved through this platform. Any pets not pre approved will incur an additional $200 fee per pet on top of regular pet fee.

We are Arizona native that grew up spending summers in the White Mountains. We purchased this property with the hopes of retiring there some day. We love taking the grandkids up to the cabin for a great outdoors vacation.

Why they chose this property

We chose this little cabin because of its charm and location. We are just minutes from Show Low and Pinetop and a few lakes (Rainbow, ShowLow, Woodland) and walking distance to great antique shopping

What makes this property unique

Our Cabin is nestled on a double lot with lots of Pine, Oak and Juniper trees. It has a great deck on the front with room to eat or just sit and sip on your favorite beverage and enjoy the pines. The back yard is completely fenced so your kids and/dogs can spend some time outdoors.
