Centrally located in the heart of Albuquerque. 15 minute drive to great hiking trails in the Sandia Mountains. Located minutes away from restaurants, micro-breweries, coffee shops, historic Old Town, bus and Rail Runner stations. Kitchen has brand new appliances including fridge, microwave, gas stove, stacked washer and dryer. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, coffee keriug, cooking/baking utensils, non-stick pots and pans. Driveway parking and street parking. Did we mention a TV (Roku included) in the living room, all bedding, towels, couch with a queen sleeper, table and chairs. And all utilities are included as well as Wifi Internet.
