Centrally located 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1511 square foot house. Located near Wyoming and Montgomery in the NE heights. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, Sandia Peak Tram, ABQ Biopark, Balloon fiesta park and historic Old Town. Entire home was remodeled in 2020. Full kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave dishwasher, keurig and pot coffee makers, toaster, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Complementary coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers provided. Laundry room with XL washer, dryer Iron and board. Sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. Pack-n-play crib and high chair along with kid friendly dish ware. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Refrigerated air. Two car garage available for small car/suv parking only with Nema 14-50 plug for EV charging. Backyard includes covered patio with 2 Tables, 10 chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, artificial grass play area, putting green, cornhole game and gated parking for larger vehicles or RV/trailers with 30amp outlet. Fully fenced and gated backyard for well behaved pets. Self check in with code for smart lock. Simple check out with no cleaning fee. This house has everything and more for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping and the balloon fiesta. It was great for day trips to Santa Fe and Los Alamos. The home looked just like the photos. It was clean, nicely remodeled and well stocked. The owner left clear and easy instructions to follow for arrival and departure.
