The Best Family Friendly Stay!

The Fam-tastic Roomy Getaway was exactly what my family needed! The rooms were spacious and the house was well stocked with amenities and necessities for all ages! The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, and the garage was big enough to park our rather long minivan! Would definitely stay again!

Room for all of us in a quiet neighborhood. Didn't hear the neighbors at all. Comfortable beds and all rooms were very spacious. Would definitely recommend and may stay again sometime.

Our stay here was excellent. The only one thing I noticed is the shower bathroom tub upstairs was very slippery. Fall risk. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend this place to family .

Absolutely recommend!

We stayed here for a Hawkeye football game and it was the perfect location! The neighborhood was family friendly, quiet, and brand new. The separation of floors allowed for kids and adults to have their own space. Such a great experience!

6 Days of Comfort

My husband and I planned our trip to Cedar Rapids for a family visit, we brought our friends with us for their 1st visit to Iowa. The owner provided a very comfortable environment, there was ample room for everyone, the rooms were spacious, a plus plenty of towels, it was nice being able to pull our car in the garage.The home was exceptionally clean and felt welcoming. All of us were very happy with our stay.

One of our party has a pet allergy and my search for VRBO that HAS NOT allowed pets on the property, were few and far between. This location did not disappoint; clean, comfortable, spacious, organized and was above any expectations. It was just as listed. The garage was a huge plus for us. It was a 5 day stay and the communication was prompt. Very happy.

50 Year Class Reunion

The townhome was exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find lots of amenities that you don't usually get....coffee pods and creamer, a snack bowl with treats, hair dryer, curling iron AND flat iron, along with q-tips and make-up pads. There was even a pack n play in the master bedroom closet for guests with infants! The location is in a quiet neighborhood, with no traffic noise at all. Communication with the owner was fabulous. My sisters and I were celebrating our 50th year high school class reunion, and this exceptional property was the icing on the cake. It was such a pleasure to come back to it, relax and enjoy our week-end! I would highly recommend this VRBO and we definitely would stay there again!
