Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private deck and backyard. Please note, there may be a couple of locked areas reserved for supplies and maintenance access. The garage is also inaccessible.

Conveniently located near major routes and the commuter rail, this home provides easy access to Boston and surrounding areas. Explore nearby attractions such as Dane Street Beach, Montserrat College of Art, and Beverly's historic downtown. It is important to note that this home is located on a busy street with a shopping center directly across the road. While the interior is well-insulated and remains quiet, guests should expect some street activity outside. To ensure a restful stay, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms. This central location makes it easy to explore local shops, dining, and amenities just steps away!



Other Things to Note:

Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy is immediately in effect. Due to automatic platform processing fees, full refunds cannot be issued for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
