This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the most dock for entertaining, fishing and swimming. Includes hot tub, fire pit, beautiful walk in showers and backyard. Enjoy the fun of the river while taking in the incredible sunrises and sunsets. Great location with easy access to Granbury & Weatherford.
The space
Master bedroom has king size bed & ensuite. Two more bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom – one king and one queen.
Upstairs there’s a home office, a queen bedroom with access to a private balcony. And the bunk room which has 2 twin beds and a twin over full bunk with trundle. And another full size bathroom. Pack and Play and High Chair available on request.
Enjoy the Brazos River, you may bring your own water toys, docking is available. Bring life vests.
*Jet skis not included. Community pool is from residents only. Be respectful of neighbors.
*Pack and Play and high chair are available on request before arrival. Items must be requested prior to check-in to be arranged for drop-off.
