SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There is room enough to comfortably sleep 15 but we have accommodated as many as 24 people using sleeper sofas and the inflatable mattresses on hand.
Bedroom 1: King bed, Sofa bed around the corner, space for an Inflatable mattress
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Single bed in the wall-loft
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Sofa bed, space for an Inflatable mattress
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
TV room: Sofa bed, closing doors
Entertainment room: Sofa bed, no closing doors

CLEANLINESS
The cleaning charge is high because we require a cleaning crew due to the size of the house - 5000 sq ft.. This is for routine cleaning and Covid sterile cleaning. In the midst of COVID, we are taking extra precautions. We follow CDC guidelines and thoroughly ‘clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (with each new reservation) in household common areas (e.g. tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, desks, toilets, sinks).’ We extend this to countertops, cabinet & drawer knobs, railings, window sills, floors, and all bathroom surfaces. We wash and dry all towels, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blankets on high heat for extended time. Disposable gloves are used for all cleaning.
