Classic Inverness home. Centered within walking distance to downtown and Tomales Bay. Close to hiking trails and all beaches. Original redwood and fir make this home unique and cozy. Updated kitchen, bathroom with claw foot tub. Electric heater and AC plus wood stove heat (firewood included). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; tub upstairs and indoor shower downstairs. Outdoor patios and outdoor shower. 3 smart TVs, quiet street, sunny property, great family home. Enjoy the incredible Seashore!

Comfortable Inverness Family home. Walk to downtown Inverness and Tomales Bay. Updated kitchen, comfortable living area with TV and smart features, electric heater and AC plus wood burning stove keeps the house toasty and warm! 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full bathrooms; one with claw foot tub (no shower) one shower located in laundry room bathroom Private yard and patio areas. Outdoor shower for after beach rinse.

Guest has access to home. Adjacent shop and studio not available.

Classic Inverness walking distance to downtown. Saltwater Oyster Depot, Vladimirs, Inverness Store, and Tomales Bay. Hiking just up the road on Mount Vision and around the mesa neighborhood.
Large private yard.

Walking around Inverness is spectacular with lots of hills and trails to explore. Car or bike needed to reach ocean and some bay beaches.

Wood burning stove heat keeps the house warm and cozy! Must follow house manual for safety in fire management.

Why they chose this property

My mom’s family came to the area in 1934. This is a very special place for me and so many others. I am lucky to know it and share it with new visitors.

What makes this property unique

Our house is a kit house made of redwood and fir. It’s pretty original with an upgraded kitchen. We are in a sunny part of Inverness and enjoy being close to beaches and hiking.
