Reef’s Villa D1 is a bright 1BR ground-floor condo with its own beachfront porch. The open-plan space includes a comfy living area (sofa converts to an extra bed), a dining nook, and a full kitchen. Enjoy breakfast watching the sunrise over the Caribbean right from your porch. The villa is furnished with plush bedding and island-style wood accents for a relaxed vibe. We supply filtered drinking water and refill bottles to help you stay hydrated, and linens are refreshed on the third day for a fresh feel. Free WiFi covers the villa (for booking excursions or streaming) and a backup generator maintains power during any brief outages. Check-in is fully digital – you’ll get the door code and check-in details by email for a seamless arrival.

We had great difficulty with the people upstairs and their 3 dogs. They left the dogs on their porch all day and they peed etc. out there and it ran through the boards and down onto our porch where we were sitting. Also the dogs whined when they were alone. We were moved to another villa for the last week or so. Also the TV froze constantly to the point where we couldn't get the gist of the program. Also no Netflix as advertised.

Overall, the places really nice

The establishment is very nice, the staff is very nice, very accommodating. BUT !! The gentleman that owned the place live there, and they are above Villa, Linda and Villa reef, they live above those two villas try to stay away from that they walk around like elephants. They have dogs that run around up there and downstairs. It sounds like a herd of cattle. They had a little kid. They’re a couple of times that chase the dogs around for a solid hour, terrible neighbors
