Bedrooms, full bath and laundry room are upstairs. 2-car attached garage parking. Large deck with mountain and golf course views. Walking and biking trails. Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for light. 3 TV’s including a 65” Smart TV in the office, another Smart TV in the family room and a 3rd TV in the queen bedroom. Utilities, cable and wifi included. Rent reduced to $2000/month with a 4-5 month rental. Quiet, safe neighborhood of custom and semi-custom homes. RTD bus service within walking distance. Private walkout basement apartment is rented long-term and not available.
