Great Spot

We were up for a sports tournament and had a great stay here! Plenty of space for a family of 4. This place is super nice, well kept, well stocked with essentials- not just 1 dishwasher pod and 1 roll of toilet paper like some places. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Every thing was top notch. The location is great for me. Right in the center(time wise) for the people I need to see and the things I need do. Have always loved St Elmo, even before the resurrection, it went through years ago. My mom lived in St Elmo when she was a child.All in all everything was as close to perfect as you could get. Shannon was always a text away if I had any questions. I give it my top recommendation.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were within walking distance of several restaurants and a great coffee shop, as well as a short drive away from several trailheads for hiking. The space was just what we were looking for - clean, comfortable and located near fun things to do. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

You will be glad you booked this property. We wanted to spend some time exploring Chattanooga, so we stayed here for the better part of a week. Very nice place. Located in a perfect location at the base of Lookout Mountain right next to the Incline railway. 10 minuets to historic downtown Chattanooga.The property is new and very clean. All you need is there. Comfortable bed. Nice full kitchen. Walk to restaurants and grocery. We were very happy with this booking.

The property was great! It’s less than 10 minutes away from a lot of the major attractions, and the host was very easy to communicate with. There were a few minor “issues” when we arrived that didn’t negatively impact our stay (bed frame was missing screws that made it a bit loose/wobbly, and the faucet in the ground floor bathroom was loose as well). I mentioned these to the host, and they said they would take care of getting them fixed as soon as we checked out. I’d imagine if they were bigger issues to us, they would have made a trip to the property to get them fixed while we were there. We’d definitely recommend this property to others, and if we’re ever back in the Chattanooga area, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect place in a perfect location

We plan a family trip to Chattanooga for the weekend. This place was perfect! It was small and quaint, but plenty of room for three could sleep for people. The location was fantastic. Literally only about a two minute walk to the incline railway that takes you to the top of Lookout Mountain. Walking distance to small shops and restaurants. We highly recommend visiting the taphouse and sampling their different brews and foods. We will definitely consider this place again when we return to Chattanooga.

Anniversary

My wife and I decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary by seeing Leanne Morgan live in Chattanooga. We were blown away by this townhome. It is clean, comfortable, and so, very inviting. It is located in a great area and downtown Chattanooga is easily accessible, if you desire to go there. It is also far enough away that you have peace and quiet. If you desire to go to Lookout Mountain, you're only a few minutes' drive away. We will definitely return, and we recommend giving it a try if you are visiting Chattanooga.

Home away from home!!

This place is the nicest place I’ve stayed in away from home!! It was new and super clean! So comfortable, cute and perfectly equipped!! I loved my stay here and will definitely rebook when I return to Chattanooga! It’s within walking distance to the Lookout Mountain incline. There’s a great coffee shop and restaurant right there in walking distance as well a a grocery store. The area is so cute and close to downtown. The home is so comfortable with super thoughtful touches like cotton balls & q-tips in the bathroom along with a washer & dryer!! I really loved my stay & was able to return home with all clean clothes in my suitcase!!! Highly, highly recommend!! Perfect place!!

Beautiful condo in a great central area

The home was beautiful and very clean. They offered all the little essentials (qtips, laundry pods, coffee, seasonings, etc) but we ran out of toilet paper after the first day but when I reached out, she was prompt and had it dropped off within 2 hours. The space was very comfortable and the perfect amount of space for the two of us. I wish there was a tv also in the bedroom but we were busy so it wasnt a big deal. The only real issue we had was upon getting home after midnight on NYE, our lock code was no longer working. Essentially we were locked out of our place and would have had to get a hotel for the night if it wasnt for my fiance forgetting to lock the back door. We didnt get in contact with the owner until 8am next morning and she had to set a new code for our last night there. Now that i came to do the review, i can see that the dates are different then what my check in shows (could be why our code was cut off). On top of that, the cleaning crew showed up during our last day. Overall, a great place though.

Hi Victoria, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. I do apologize again for the mishap with the Tpee, that is the first time my cleaning team forgot to leave out extra. They were covered up for the holidays so I was giving them some extra grace. More than anything we are so sorry for the smart lock incident! It was not anything to do with your check in/out dates. It was a glitch within the Kwikset lock. I had other guest across the way from you and their code stopped working at the tick of the clock hitting the New Year. As a matter of fact none of the codes work including mine or the cleaners. I have reached out to Kwikset regarding this issue and they confirmed that it was a glitch in the app and their engineers are working on fixing this problem. I am glad I left out the lockbox with extra keys. In the future I will add to my listing instructions that in case of emergency please use the lockbox and provide the code. Growing pains for sure but a good lesson in hosting. Thank you for staying with us and Happy New Year.

This was a wonderful location. It was within walking distance of restaurants and the incline train, and within driving distance of most things you would want to see.The walkway to the home is gravel; that may be important to some. The home had everything we needed.We had a wonderful time.
