The place were Ocean and jungle energy meld. Casa NASA is authentic Playa Guiones a 5-7min walk to the south entrance and steps away from Bodhi Tree. The property is enormous and private and the home a recently renovated gem. Plenty of outdoor, ocean view living spaces and the view from the rooftop is arguably the best in the area.

Casa NASA is a 3750sq ft 3 bedroom home. One of the first private residences constructed in Nosara, the home features three large bedrooms, a two floor open air living space, terraces on the main, second and roof levels all featuring beach views. There is a separate studio casita on the property which can be rented with the house or separately.

In 2015, my family and I left a full and busy lift in Toronto for what, at the time, was still truly the edge of the earth in Nosara Costa Rica. I wanted a more off-the-grid, active childhood for the kids during their young years. In the intervening years we built additional properties in the area however this remained our family's primary residence. Built in 1980 this house was erected at the same time as other landmarks in the area that really put Nosara on the map. It remains unmatched in terms of views, charm and access to all the amenitities close to the beach

Why they chose this property

We are direct neighbors with Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort. As a result of the proximity the house has an added layer of access to facilities and security generally associated with a resort

What makes this property unique

Our property is expansive. In addition to the scale of the rooms and common spaces, the sweeping views and privacy afforded at NASA House are unparalleled in the area
