Enjoy exuberant Southwestern style in this cozy, charming 1945 adobe. We purchased it in 2022 from the original owner and have poured all our love and creativity into it to make it the stylish urban retreat it is today. We hope you love it as much as we do!
There is a 350 sq ft master suite that features its own bathroom, kitchen, and dining and seating areas. The other two bedrooms share one of the most beautiful bathrooms we’ve ever seen (not to brag) and one bedroom has an electric fireplace. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds and premium-quality mattresses and bedding. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room to sleep 8 guests total.
The Wells Park/Sawmill area of Albuquerque is a vibrant neighborhood that offers restaurants, breweries, and many other locally-owned businesses mixed in with historic residences. It's centrally-located, five minutes from downtown and Old Town, 10 minutes from the airport, and close to pretty much anywhere else you want to go in Albuquerque.

We only stayed 1 night because we were on our way to the mountains but I wish we could have stayed longer! The house is adorable! The remodel is so well done. They thought of everything. We enjoyed our short time there.
We traveled with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Suzanne was fabulous to work with.
The house is nearby a lot of sites. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen(s) were fully stocked with what we needed.
This is a great central point for your ABQ adventure.
Wonderful home with great amenities. Perfect for our family of 5. Everything was smooth. We felt very safe. Great restaurants and shopping very close. Kosmos restaurant was walking distance from the house with great food and ambiance.
This was the sweetest little adobe and the owner spared no expense. Clean, well equipped and really close to airport and downtown. I even felt secure in the neighborhood despite my original opinion. Sad to see it was on the market to sell. They did a great job with this little adobe!
We adored Suzanne's property. The decor and attention to detail regarding amenities was next level. I stayed with my kiddo and elderly parents. The property was very easy to access. The beds are SO comfortable.
We loved sitting in the sun on both patios and having an easy drive to our favorite Old Town haunts and even checked out nearby Sawmill market. Suzanne is lovely and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
This was a gorgeous VRBO. I loved the decor. It was quiet and immaculate. The property manager was a great communicator. I am giving the property only 3 stars due to the location -- a bad part of town adjacent to industrial warehouses. My family and I did not feel safe. Will not stay here again and cannot recommend to others.
Suzanne has put a lot of thought, design and detail into this home. She was terrific to work with and very responsive. Lots and lots of aesthetic touches. Kitchen well appointed. Coffee, snacks and oatmeal setup in both kitchens when we arrived. Beds and linens comfortable high quality. Bathrooms were extra nice with rain shower heads and warm toilet seat / bidet. Car ports are impressive. The location is convenient to Old Town, downtown, Bio-Park and Breweries; but it is in a transition area with warehouses etc. about one block away from a true residential neighborhood. Not sketchy, but use common sense on security. We left a small backpack on the front porch (behind the fence) to air out that went missing overnight. There are excellent security features in the home and we felt safe, just be aware. If we were to do it over, we'd definitely use this home again.
We loved our stay at Suzanne’s historic adobe home! It was clean, comfortable and the decor was amazing! We loved all of the thoughtful details around the house. We all were sad we only stayed for a night.
Amazing! Everything was perfect, from the rooms, cleanliness, kitchen and bathrooms with all the amenities you can think of, and great location close to Old Town!
The property is a colorfully decorated in Southwester style place in the heart of Albuquerque from where readyaccess to many places you might want to visit is accessible by car.
The house was close to Old Town and the airport. We were delighted with the house, the southwest decor was so well done. We felt the house was very clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, necessary food items. Our host responded immediately with questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this house/host to others.
What a little adobe gem with a fully equipped kitchen! We spent the night on this sweet home after a local concert and made a delicious dinner and breakfast! I’ve stayed I. A lot of B&Bs, but this place is an exception to every vrbo I’ve ever stayed in.thank YOU TO OUR HOSTESS. Who ever purchases this place is LUCKY!
We recently visited Albuquerque for the Ring of Fire Eclipse. This little adobe is a gem! From the beautiful design & decor to the super comfy beds & soft towels our stay was quite enjoyable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Spent time in both the front and backyard areas too. Although located in a mixed residential/ commercial area we were only minutes away from all the sites visited including Univ NM, Old Town, Farmers' Market, Petroglyph National Monument, Natural History Museum, restaurants & even Whole Foods Market.Would definitely stay again!
