No Parties or Events! This is a beautiful three bedroom 2.5 bath home with wood floors and quick access to the petroglyphs for a pleasurable walk or exercise routine. Leave the shampoo and body soap at home because my place has it all, coffee, washer/ dryer, laundry detergent, pots/pans, cooking utensils. The refrigerated air will be certain to keep you cool in the summer, enjoy Netflix and Roku tv on a big screen .Free high speed internet.

Worked perfectly as a home base for our Albuquerque trip, good neighborhood, easy access to main roads, easy to get wherever we needed to be around town. House is nice, loved the outdoor space. Only downsides, rolling trash can was full when we got there, and the coffee maker was non functioning. Bring your own kitchen stuff, not much usable provided. We would book again. Easy to communicate with host, good value.

The home was large and spacious. Having 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was great. We were disappointed in tje showers. It was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable setting.

The property was easy to get to and pictures were accurate. John (host) provided timely and easy check in instructions and followed up with additional communication to check on us which was appreciated. The house description states sleeps 7, but one of the sleeping spots is the living room couch (not a pullout - confirmed by John) and was dissappointing. The house was clean but some cleaning residue remained in the showers. Overall the house was nice, communication was excellent and I would recommend.
