About this property
Historic Bakery Storefront-Private Yard & Laundry
New & Improved!! New private yard & laundry!! Have it all with the location & a pet-friendly outdoor space. Half a mile from Central Avenue in Downtown Albuquerque, this apartment is the former storefront of the old bakery! It has a gorgeous tall entryway with a dedicated work space and plenty of room for bikes, snowboards, strollers & luggage. The location is just minutes from the Rio Grande, so bring your bikes, paddle boards & doggos for the best neighborhood in Burque!
The apartment is about 1000 square feet and has lots of different hangout areas for space or group activities. The doors to the entryway can be closed to create a private work area. There are two bedrooms, one of which as its own entry. There is now a private backyard with a propane fire pit & seating. Heating is by gas furnace & cooling is by evaporative coolers. The space feels cozy & private, especially given the location. It is very comfortable for working & watching movies.
Guests have the entire apartment and access to street parking on both 3rd Street and Cromwell.
Please note my phone may be on do not disturb for meetings & sleeping. Please call twice in a row in the case of an emergency.
I love this neighborhood! It’s still (for a very short time) a hidden gem. You’ll be at the apartment from the airport in less than ten minutes. This is one of the few urban neighborhoods in Albuquerque that has river access. It is a supremely under-utilized resource and it is amazing. (Ask me about paddle boarding!) You can basically be in the middle of the woods if you walk west or at a really nice restaurant or bar if you walk north.
The private yard opens up to my property next door. Please note that there is a full-time tenant next door, so please be respectful with noise. It is okay to go out into the common area outside of the private yard, but please keep pets on a leash in common areas.
Please start the dishwasher & message me when you checkout.
No smoking inside or within 25 feet of windows & doors, as per the fire marshal. Thank you!
This is a super pet-friendly building. Please be respectful of neighbors with noise and pet waste. $50 fine for not picking up after your dog.
Please clean up after your pets, both inside & out!
Use of the bunk bed is at your own risk.
Use of the bicycle is at your own risk.
