Sitting on over an acre and a half, the Regents Park Resort in Nacogdoches is situated on the corner of a safe residential street surrounded by towering pine and oak trees. This awesome property is located just 5 minutes to Stephen F. Austin's campus, and an easy 7 minute drive to Downtown Nac!

With the breath-taking pool, your own tennis court, a halfcourt basketball court, two pickleball courts, a huge fully-fenced backyard, a kids’ playground, and a private interior courtyard, you could spend the entire day outside while staying with us! Inside the house, you'll also enjoy this newly-renovated, family & pet friendly vacation home that offers an unparalleled amount of amenities for everyone!

Whether you're coming in town to visit SFA, for a convention at the Fredonia, for one of the many downtown festivals like the Blueberry festival, or just to sight-see in the oldest (and prettiest!) town in Texas, this house is the perfect place to play and call your home away from home!!

Among other things, you'll find the following amenities during your stay with us:

INCREDIBLE OUTDOOR AMENITIES

• A modern resort-style pool long enough for lap swimming with a shallow end and separate kiddie pool for the kids. The pool area is also surrounded by hotel-style umbrellas, lounge chairs, and seating. And the fences are lined with windscreens for your privacy. PLEASE NOTE - the pool is NOT heated, and is available to guests ONLY from May 15 through October 1 when it is warm enough to swim. There is also no lifeguard, so it is swim at your own risk.

• Court-sports galore!!! In addition to the purple and green tennis court and two pickleball courts, the recreation area includes a regulation size in-ground basketball hoop with half court lines painted.

• Huge covered deck and patio lined with lights and fans with plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and watching the kids play on the courts.

• Tucked away behind the tennis court is a kids’ playground with slide, swing, & fort, alongside a giant sand pit for kids to build & dig.

• A custom fire pit area with a sun cover and seating for a group ideal for hanging out under the stars

• A beautiful, tree-lined and hilly neighborhood perfect for those idyllic walks under the pines.

• The fully-fenced yard provides privacy & security, and a huge green area for your family and pets to play. Up to 2 pets allowed (no bully breed dogs).

IDEAL COMFORT & CONVENIENCE
• Comfortably sleeps 8 guests in four king beds (one in each of the four bedrooms) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Each room has the comfort of home with it's own closet, comfy furnishings, and beautiful windows. In addition, the features in the home include:

• Work From Home - there is a dedicated office set up with your own desk, HD monitor, high-speed WiFi, keyboard and mouse

• Newly renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower and rainfall style shower head

• Easy self check-in with keyless entry

• 65" Smart TV in the living room where you can log in to your own streaming services

• Family-friendly - with full-size crib, high chair, toddler utensils, & outlet covers available (NOTE: while there is a gate to the pool area, there is no gate around the pool edges once you have entered the pool area)

• Unique layout with an inner courtyard and outdoor seating

• Plentiful parking with 2-car driveway, and free street parking

• Washer & dryer in a separate laundry room

• Refrigerator with Brita filter for filtered water

• Great for families, large groups, and business travelers, but NO parties allowed without express approval from the host

• EVENT RENTALS - This property is also available to rent for events; however, guests must obtain consent from the host for any events, and must contact the host to determine event pricing, which is different from typical VRBO pricing and must be agreed to separately. Exterior security cameras monitor entry/exit. For typical VRBO stays, there is a 10 guest maximum at the property.

If you check out on a Sunday, please roll the trash bins to the curb for Monday morning pickup
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS without prior host approval. Please note that we have security cameras on the exterior of the property.
If police are called for an unauthorized party, it will result in termination of your stay, eviction from the property, and a $2,000 penalty.
NO SMOKING at the property. No loud music in the backyard or pool area, and quiet time starts at 10pm. No outside guests without prior host approval

Huge property and room for fun

I stayed at the property for 78 days during a work trip and it’s hard to beat having access to your own private pool, tennis/pickleball and massive yard. The house was well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The neighborhood is one of the best in Nacogdoches and I would highly recommend.

Hi all! We loved staying here. The house was clean, and so well stocked, everything we could have needed so we just bought a little food and were ready to go. The kids had a blast on the courts and spent almost all their time out there.

Great Getaway for Families!

Perfect stay for families with kids. It has almost everything that you need. Only one thing that would’ve been better is if the outdoor court lights worked. Luckily, we had portable lights that we brought with us. The host was great at communicating and was of great help in regards to the house. Would definitely come back again and recommend!

Wonderful retreat

The property was just as described. Space was clean, with plenty of area for everyone to spread out and find their own place to relax when needed. Everyone loved the pool and spent a LOT of time swimming during those hot June afternoons. Close to pretty much everything you need. The owners were wonderful as well, very communicative and kind.

Beautiful property on Buckingham

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Everything went well from the customer service with booking the property, to the quick, easy checkout. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen essentials, the place was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the house layout worked well for our family. We loved getting to use the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. What a bonus! This place is a true gem in the heart of Nacogdoches.

Nice and comfortable

One of the nicest, most comfortable stays we have enjoyed anywhere. Our nephew and his family came over one afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed the backyard activities, especially the pickleball court. We were delighted with the big fenced area that kept our two small dogs safe while they were outside. We have frequently rented vrbo houses in Nacogdoches and this is easily the nicest place we have stayed. We already look forward to doing it again!

By far exceeded expectations and we lived our stay

Rooms were amazing! Loaded with alot of necessities aswell! Pool was absolutely amazing enjoyed all 3 days of our stay! Kid pool was a plus as our 3 yr old and mom loved they relaxing and water. Pickle ball court was an added plus, fully enjoyed playing out there. 10/10 recommend A/c in home ran amazing as well and fans were plenty Kept very cool in 95 degree weather. Kroger and walmart very close by. Walmart plus members can even enjoy quick deliveries to home! We loved it all Rooms do not have tvs but was not a big deal for us as we enjoyed spending time together in the living room

AMAZING LOCATION

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed promptly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was amazing and exactly as described in the listing. It was evident that a lot of care and attention went into maintaining the property, which made our stay very comfortable. Every room was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we could possibly need. The ground sod the house were also kept up and made playing on the courts and in the pool so fun and easy! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and there were plenty of activities for the kids. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
