Located in central Nacogdoches right off North Street and walking distance to SFA. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, & soaps. The living room has a 1 queen bed sofa coach and the game room has a 1 futon twin size sofa and is a great hangout for kids. Backyard is fenced and perfect for pets who will also love walks in the Pecan & Raguet neighborhood and nearby trails. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Nacogdoches and our house has to offer.
