Mystic summer stay

Everyone enjoyed your spacious home. The rooms and floors were quiet and allowed for early risers not to wake others. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Many of us walked daily into town, which was convenient . The little Mystic market is a great walkable resource for anything food related. We enjoyed the back decks for dinner and drinks. The kitchens were well supplied with everything needed to cook and hang in for the night. Host Fran was helpful and responsive to our questions. AC, TV’s internet all worked well. The house was perfect for our large family with age ranges 1 year to 64.

12 of us showed up at the house that we rented through VRBO and when we entered the home it was evident that someone else was also staying at the house. When we contacted the owner she said oh it seems VRBO made a mistake and she canceled our rental. We called VRBO to receive a refund. Seems we did not get a total refund. The entire experience was horrible and we were made to feel that we were at fault and no one seemed to care about us.
