Newly constructed four bedroom, 2 bath home in a peaceful neighborhood, with an easy 0.2 mile walk to the world's most beautiful beaches. All one level - no stairs or elevators to bog you down! Free Wifi and a Roku Smart TV in every bedroom, along with a big screen 75" Roku Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD player in the living area. The living area is an open concept kitchen / dining / living area featuring a completely stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, air-fryer, 4-slice toaster, and a full-sized 5-burner gas grill on the back porch. A full-size washer and dryer are available, and plenty of seating is available for all to be comfortable lounging inside in the living area, or outside on the front or back porch.
Each room features black-out curtains to block out that Florida sun during the day, and for a good restful sleep at night. And did I mention each room has it's own smart TV!
Great location - plenty of stores / restaurants / parks within a few miles in either direction. Easy stroll to the beach, with easy public access.

Great time!
This property is great if you are vacationing with toddlers because there is no stairs. Rear porch is great if you want to just hang out and take a break from the beach. The is only a short drive with several access points available. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay.
