Welcome to the South Cumberland area of Tennessee with over 85 miles of trails, over 30,000 acres, and the beautiful waterfalls in the South Cumberland and Savage Gulf state parks, which are both within a few miles. Also nearby is the new 1300+ acre Coalmont OHV park. Zipline at Big Foot adventures, enjoy music at The Caverns, and learn about the rich coal mining history of the area at the Grundy County Historical Society Heritage Center.

GUEST ACCESS AND MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Access to the property is via a coded gate and the house may be accessed 24 hours per day via a coded smart lock. This is a no smoking/no pet/no party property. OHV vehicles of any kind are not allowed on any road inside the gate. Plenty of private parking.
Important Note: Ladybugs are very common in our region. Certain times a year we do experience some ladybugs inside of homes. Please know that all lady bugs are removed by housekeepers during the cleaning process, but are likely to be back quite quickly in large quantities.
